History in Effect: The taste was wonderful and I found myself trying to eat the powder 9.3 out of 10.There were no cramping at all and my soreness from legs was less than usual. Even though, my bench max did not go up...My body felt stronger and my muscle were fuller.
The only drawback was the leucine aftertaste in my mouth
I give this product a strong 9 out of 10
