Mr. Jingles: Good buy. If you do that math, a separate multi and joint supplement will cost more. Not to mention OT has digestive benefits.

Eagles56: Amazing formula and much more than a multivitamin. The digestive aid and joint support makes this 3 products in one (triad). Digestive support improves nutrient bioavailability and made it easier to eat more (important when bulking). Wrists felt great while pressing and knees didn't feel shot the day after a long run / leg workout. Half-dosed at 1-1-1 worked wonders.

Shardsofglass: I've been using OT for around two months now and can't say anything bad about it. My overall energy throughout the day is improved and the digestion complex is amazing. I haven't been sick yet which is pretty good considering there were tons of sick people in my classes. Vitamin profile is solid and the addition of Glucosamine and chondroitin has definitely helped my ankles to stop cracking and popping as often.
