RelentlessChaos: Very cheap imo. It lasts longer than any other N.O. i have used, and it is the best i have used. Gives me a pump, energy, and focus. I stopped using it for 2 weeks; they were the most miserable 2 weeks of lifting in my life.

Hdansjr: Although I didn't get the pumps I expected with WF, the overall results are great! I get very focused about 30 minutes after drinking it. The taste is very pleasant, but you do have to shake it hard to mix it. Overall, this is a supplement that I plan on using every other month or so.

JC-orginalbdass: Focus and energy are outstanding from this product. The newest version tastes fantastic. A real improvement over the first version. Pumps were not as great as I had with other products. I have used 2 tubs. Each time, towards the end of the tub, I had gastric issues. Other than that, it is great for pre-workout.

Eldawg: Its a pretty good product for energy/endurance, thanks to the beta alanine and the stims. I did not really see any additional pumps from it, have never really been a fan of AAKG.

Mousey: Great for pre-workout. no jittery energy like from a caffenie pill. just good sustained energy that builds up nicely throughout the workout. and if you stack with CL Purple Wraath, you'll be pumped for a while. great product imo.

Sharpshooterz98: I just started using White Flood about two weeks ago - and I've gotta say I've been pleased. I would probably give it a 9 or so overall.
Pump: As far as this goes, meh its alright. I notice a little difference but nothing huge. I've never taken NO products before though, so I don't know what to compare it to.
Energy: There is a definite increase in my energy level when I take this. Its more of a sustained (I can do this all day) type feeling rather than a huge spike and then huge crash. I can't tell what it is, but I also get this 'i own the gym' type feeling when I use it. In all I think this product has allowed me to lift harder, longer
