Taste is amazing. I highly recommend this product for anyone looking for a good tasting protein and the desire to put on mass. Somewhat pricey, however sometimes you can find good sales on it. 9.5/10

I've been using Muscle Milk since around 2000. I know the person who formulated it, and spoke with his personally about it's ingredient profile. I feel that this is one protein that is effective when taken at night before bed. It mixes very well, and you can't go wrong with any flavor.

Taste: VERY GOOD I LOVE THIS TASTE! CHOCOLATE OR WHATEVER YOU GET.

Mix: EASY TO MIX, PUT IN WATER AND WHIRLPOOL FOR ~30 SECONDS EZ.
Cost: Uhh.. well I'm a teen and it's kind of expensive, for me.
Ingredients: Hell yeah, casein for slow digest and some whey for fast digest? Great combo. Although.. it does have a very high fat content.
Effective: YES lots of cals.

Final Word: Great, my favorite protein.

The BEST tasting protein Ive ever used. Although!! I think it should only be used for a before bed as the high fat content. But with price and taxes needed to pay to cross the boarder... I dont think I will purchase again.

Taste is amazing. Perfect for a slow digesting protein before bed or as a meal replacement.

Also, try mixing it in your oatmeal. It tastes unbelievable and makes a good snack, breakfast, or pre workout meal.

Great taste, good for a prebed shake. Mixes well, not sure if the so called "human milk" elements actually do anything, but I know one of them is known to kill bacteria and viruses.
