This isn't a completely terrible product that everyone has repped it as...if it wasn't so expensive and didn't have as much sugar, it would be pretty solid. Taste is pretty good and it does give gains as a creatine supplement.

I have used Cell-Tech whenever I catch it on sell at a price that i just can't pass up. It works, no doubt about it, but it's just way too expensive. I also just take half the recommended dosage, so that I don't get sick from the sweetness. Even at half the dosage, it's very effective. There's cheaper knock-off supplements out there to be had.

Way too much dextrose. Me personally, my stomach could not handle this. Taking this stuff in the morning on off days only gave me the craps. I reccommend getting your creatine from other sources, and there are a lot of better sources out there.

I think it tasted absolutely amazing. I had a tub of lemon and a tub of fruit punch. Both eventually got boring, but it's as good as a supplement will taste

Effectiveness:
One thing i hate about muscletech is their overhyped claims. Your not going to put on 7 pounds in 7 days. Cell tech hardcore is just an average creatine product. Added a little bit of size, but strength definitely increased near the end of the cycle(added 30-40 pounds on dead lift,10 pounds bench, squat went up a bit too)

Not worth the money. Especially if you dose it the way they say, the smaller tub will last you max 20 days. (i cut dosage down a bit because of 1) duration, 2)the ridiculous amount of sugar in it-too much to bear))As stated before, gets the job done.

Too expensive for what you get. Stick to a plain mono or go with other more affordable products. You really do pay for hype here, but it does work...at a premium price!

Mixability (9 out of 10): It actually mixes very well for a creatine product and hardly any settling is noticeable here. After about a minute the product is still mixed together. Very minimal clumps.

Taste (7 out of 10): Average for creatine, especially for Fruit Punch flavor. Nothing too special, but definitely drinkable in no matter how much water you douse it in. (I use about 16 oz. of water).

It is a solid supplement, It is expensive but it is quality. I believe you can get by with other Creatines but if you have the extra cash this is a quality supp
